Pt3 Terms & Conditions — Malaysia Online Entertainment Platform Terms of Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the pt3 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of these terms and conditions
By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the pt3 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use pt3's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and pt3 as the platform operator. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
The pt3 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who are not prohibited by local law from participating in online entertainment activities. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your location.

Account creation and security responsibilities
Account registration
To use pt3's services, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice. You must provide your full name, contact details, and a valid verification method upon registration.
Password security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. pt3 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately to have your account suspended and your password reset.
Regional restrictions
The pt3 platform is designed for users in Malaysia. Users accessing the platform from regions where such services are prohibited by law are responsible for ensuring their own compliance. pt3 reserves the right to restrict access from specific locations at any time without prior notice, based on legal compliance requirements.
Identity verification
Pt3 reserves the right to request identity verification from users at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits or when unusual account activity is detected. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your identification card, bank statement, or proof of residence. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
User responsibilities and platform rules
As a pt3 user, you agree not to misuse the platform in any way. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation
- Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for unauthorised personal gain
- Sharing your account or granting a third party access to use it on your behalf
- Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any action that violates Malaysian law
- Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately towards other users or support staff
- Creating an account using a false identity or inaccurate information
Violation of any of the above rules may result in permanent account suspension or termination without a refund of any remaining balance.
Payment and transaction information in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the pt3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include FPX, TNG eWallet, and local bank transfers. Withdrawals are processed to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same name as the pt3 account.
Pt3 is not responsible for any additional fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers when processing transactions. Processing times vary by method — FPX and TNG deposits are typically processed instantly, while bank transfer withdrawals take 1–3 business days.
Pt3 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for security verification purposes or where suspicious account activity is detected. Any transactions suspected to be fraudulent will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Liability limits, account policies, and intellectual property
Platform liability limits
Pt3 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, pt3 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, network failures, or scheduled maintenance.
Account suspension and closure
Pt3 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for security reasons. Where an account is closed due to fraud or a serious violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team, and any valid balance will be refunded once all conditions have been met.
Intellectual Property
All content on the pt3 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of pt3 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any such content for any purpose without explicit written consent from pt3.
Links to third-party sites
The pt3 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for the convenience of users. These links do not imply that pt3 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users who access third-party sites do so at their own risk and are subject to the terms of those respective sites.
Amendments to terms and applicable law
Pt3 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
